Xformer Pilates-Infused Class 

This high-intensity, low-impact class fuses the principles of Pilates with strength training and cardio bursts—all on the innovative Xformer machine. Through slow, controlled movements and continuous tension, this 45-minute full-body sculpt is designed to build strength, boost endurance, improve balance and deeply engage and strengthen your core.
