RAVE

Light up your abs and booty in this 45-minute, high-intensity, low-impact Xformer class. Heavy resistance, hand weights, and cardio bursts sculpt, lift, and define — all to house music and club vibes that keep you moving. Slow, controlled strength meets spicy cardio for a sweaty, energized, confidence-boosting burn. Suitable for all levels, this is your go-to for building strength, endurance, and total-body power — all in a party-powered environment.

RESTORE

Reconnect and restore in this 45-minute, low-impact Xformer class designed to align your body and calm your mind. Guided by slow, controlled movement, deep stretches, and grounding music, you’ll lengthen, strengthen, and reset — building balance, mobility, and core stability. Breath-led flow deepens the mind-to-muscle connection, creating a calm yet energizing experience that restores from the inside out.

RECOVER

Stretch, Breathe - Recover.

This class blends 15-minutes of intentional strength training with 30-minutes of deep, restorative stretch work on the Xformer machine. Designed to improve mobility, reduce tension and leave you feeling grounded, lengthened and renewed. Expect gentle movement, calming playlists and a focus on elongating the muscles you work hard all week long.

Perfect for all levels and especially those craving balance in their routine.

READY

A gentle, form-focused introduction to the Xformer—this class moves at a supportive pace, emphasizing core stability, proper form, mindful breath, and alignment to build confidence and a strong foundation. With purposeful, confidence-building movement, READY is the ideal class to help you feel grounded on the machine and prepared to transition into our full lineup of group classes as your strength grows.

TOTAL BODY SCULPT

A full-body sculpt built on Pilates principles combined with high-intensity resistance training. Every rep targets the entire body from head to toe with intentional and controlled movement. Using bands, hand weights and Pilates balls – expect powerful movement, precise form and no muscle left behind.

 

THE RESET

Surrounded by candlelight and a grounding playlist, this gentle Pilates class helps you reset and slow down.  Calm, intentional movement focuses on core stability, posture and mobility through mindful, low-impact exercises.  Suitable for all levels, it’s perfect for easing stiffness, releasing tension, supporting joint health and reconnecting mind, body, and soul—a true midweek reset.

CORE & CARDIO SERIES

Sculpt, strengthen, and sweat in this high-energy Total Body Fusion class. Centered on your core, this workout improves posture and alignment while building functional strength from the inside out. Move through intervals of precision Pilates strength work and HIIT-inspired cardio bursts designed to boost metabolism, torch calories, and build endurance, stability, and total-body strength.
